Charge return URL

• If the return_url has the scheme, host and port of your app URL, the merchant returns to your app inside the admin after they approve or decline, with the signed session parameters.
• Otherwise the merchant is redirected to the return_url with no parameters added. See One-time charges and Recurring charges.
