Classic theme endpoints

GET /themes/classic returns the theme settings. See Get the classic theme.
PUT /themes/classic changes them. Objects merge into the current settings and lists replace the current list. See Update the classic theme.
The change is live on the store at once.
Both endpoints return 409 for a store on the theme system.

GET /me has a theme object. theme.system is themes or classic. See Get store details.
