CLI login with a code

With youcan auth login, you get a login code and the YouCan login page is opened. You confirm the code on the page.
No local port is used. You can log in from SSH sessions and containers.
If your account has more than one development store, you select the store in the terminal.
Staff members can log in to the development stores they are members of. Each staff member gets their own store permissions.
Access is renewed in the background. You stay logged in until you run youcan auth logout.
YC_CLI_ACCESS_TOKEN is still accepted for CI.
