Color palette

• Add a color_palette setting with 2 to 20 named colors to settings_schema.json. Each settings.<id>.<key> is a color object, and you can loop over the colors in key order. See color_palette.
• A color or color_background value or default can be a palette color, for example {{ settings.colors.accent }}. When the seller changes that palette color, the setting changes with it.
• When you output a color object directly, you get its hex value. Before, you got the object name.
