Conditional settings

• visible_if can be a condition object, an array of condition objects, or a Liquid string. See Conditional settings.
• The theme editor does not evaluate Liquid conditions yet.
• Any other value for visible_if is rejected when the theme is saved. Before, it caused a generic error on import.
